Ottertail is a growing community located on the Northeast side of Otter Tail Lake and the center of Lakes Country in Otter Tail County.  Here you have all that you need to live a great life.  Two major highways intersect, MN Hwy 78 and MN Hwy 108.  Ottertail may be spread out in our 5 square acres, but here you can enjoy the lakes Otter Tail, Portage, Donald, Long Lake, Buchanan and Pelican Bay for fishing, swimming, boating and other fun water sports.  Gift shops, cafe's, gardening, golfing at Thumper Pond Resort and Golf course and a rich history.  Be sure to stop in and introduce yourself and if you ever need any information, don't hesitate to call us.

The purpose of this website is to communicate with residents, businesses and visitors.  We work to provide up-to-date and useful information on City services and our efforts to maintain and enhance your quality of life.  Check our site regularly for information on City Council action, ordinance and policy changes, City news and other items of public interest.
